Write articles, blog posts, news, description, and other related informative, marketing and promotional material
Work with other departments to develop the different content assets required
Design, develop, and deploy content strategy to drive traffic to company’s website and blogs
Perform content audit on weekly basis to detect and address issues, and also identify areas of improvement
Promote original content on social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook
Coordinate with colleagues to ensure consistent focus, direction and optimization of content
Consult with development and technical department to obtain information on products and latest updates

Requirements

Excellent writing and editing skills (US English)
Strong research and analytical skills
Experience in writing for the web, content management, and Internet research (experience in writing for an IT industry is a plus)
Knowledge about best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends
Understanding of principles of SEO
Excellent time-management skills and ability to multitask
A team player with the ability to lead and inspire
At least some knowledge about Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android
