As a manager IT you’re responsible and accountable for the smooth running of company’s Network systems, VOIP (Voice over IP)
SQL, Servers and computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.
Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
Equip the IT team with all essential tools and trainings to be able to achieve the organizational goals.

Requirements:

Should be Network Specilist
Knowledge about VOIP (Voice over IP)
SQL Systems
IT Infrastructure.
Network management
Hands-on dialer experience (VICIdial) will be a plus
Virtual Private Network VPN implementation and management.
Basic to advanced Computer Software/Hardware knowledge.
Willing to work in full time night shift.
Daily KPIs.
Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software. (APN)
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to internal IT in a timely manner.
Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative.
Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.
Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions.
Ensure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly, using the full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitive solutions.
All IT team, and organizational goals should be achieved on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Ensure your own and team/departments KPIs are met.
Continuously analyze current process, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field
5+ years of experience in related field
Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems
Strong technical problem solving and communication skills.
