URGENT

Job Title: Manager Technical

Reports To: Deputy General Manager

Supervises: a)Deputy Manager Technical

b) Complete Technical Section

Basic Function: To manage administration and project Management support for achieving the

project targets.

JOB Description:

The Manager Technical will responsible to:

Monitor all activities of Technical Department

Mobilize the team (project start up)
Write and update PM Deliverables
Project Definition Document
Project Plan, Schedule, Budget
Project Manual
Status Reports
Manage project Management processes:
Risk Management
Issue Management
Change control
Quality Management
Document Management
Configuration Management
Project evaluation
Support and track approvals
Maintain budget/book keeping
Process expenses
Arrange travel

Manage facilities

Procure supplies and equipment

Manage contracts through procurement department lock rates with vendor

Manage documents – filing project deliverables, meeting minutes, contracts, logs

Support status meeting for team, Steering and Advisory – facilities, agenda, minutes

Managing HR -- recruiting, orienting, and arranging training for team members, keeping vacation Schedules, conducting exit interviews

Issuance of Vendor work completion Certificate against completed jobs.

Ensure the SAC’s , PO Entry for PTPs invoicing.

JOB Specification:

Education : M.Sc. Electrical / Tele-Communications

Experience: 08-10 Years verifiable experience in Commercial Power / Telecom sites Installation &

commissioning / Wapda related projects

AGE Limit: 45 Years

Job Type: Full-time
