Position: Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Qualification:

BE/BSC Electrical/MBA, 8-10 years’ relevant experience.

Skills:

Details Responsibilities:

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Organization in the absence of the DGM/GM and to otherwise support the DGM/GM in all aspects of running the Organization. The AGM will supports the selection and development of all positions of the organization. The AGM is also responsible monitoring and developing the company sales and execution of the jobs. The AGM is responsible for Engagement Practices-Operations Department and to manage and oversee all safety processes within the Company. The AGM ensures client satisfaction.

He also looks the below Responsibilities.

Develop a strategic plan to promote the company’s mission/objectives and to enhance revenue, profitability, and growth.
Ensure the development of the plans, priorities; help develop performance management controls and critical success factors.
Review approved plans/budgets as part of the planning and budgeting cycles and present recommendations to the DGM/GM
Ensure that clients be satisfied by Company services and jobs executions.
Strong coordination and follow-up with sales and technical executions teams for timely completion of the tasks.
Respond to and resolve Client complaints and queries. Provide customer feedback, input and information through various communication channel. React to information and create a plan to consistently meet the expectations of all clients.
Ensure the planning and execution of established safety, security, quality, and operations policies, procedures and practices of the Company.
Supervise the day-to-day task assignments of departments.
