We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager for Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Interested candidates having Bottled/Mineral Water industry/FMCG experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsible for overall Sales Operations including Direct Sales, Distributors etc. for assigned Area/Territory and deliver set objectives/targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train, motivate and develop direct sales team and distributors.
- Develop and Implement Sales Plans for the assigned territory
- Develop and execute Channel Category plans
- Ensure achievement of agreed volume objectives/targets
- Effectively manage distributors/customers
- Identify, develop and expand new business opportunities
- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on market trends.
- Identify product improvements or new products by provide update on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Organize and participate in tradeshows
