We are an Asset Management Company, looking for an interested candidate for the position of "Customer Services Executive" Requirements are as follows.

Conduct all service and administrative functions of the Customer Services.
Send Account statement to investors on monthly basis.
Send notice of Dividend announcement to clients (when announced).
Send MIP cheques/deposit slips to investors.
Book closure notice and dividend announcement emails.
Respond to KYC observations.
Calculation of CGT working.
Cheque realized sale from bank statement.
Update transaction summary.
Receive all calls for IR.
Update new client’s email for receiving daily NAV.
Redemption/Conversion/Investment SMS to CEO and emails internally.
Listen and respond to customer’s needs and concerns
Provide information about services
Review or make changes to customer accounts
Handle complaints
Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
