Marketing Manager

Direct and oversee the activities of the department to ensure that the appropriate variety and quality of product and technical services are available to customers/fabricators to promote both profitability and Company s brand name development into the national / International supplier of choice in order to support the attainment of Company mission of national / international expansion in terms of reach, volume and product diversification.

Direct and lead activities in the strategic and operational management of Company Brands in order to achieve the targeted bottom-line results in all Regions and Export Markets and thus support the mission to become the leading supplier of diverse and largest product varieties in Pakistan.

Having an insight knowledge of the construction industry so that projects can be obtained for our product in Pakistan as well as international markets.

Job Details:

First priority is to achieve the profitability break-even for the Company.
Pricing decisions for all products are made after analysis of local / export market conditions, price
volume relationship and profitability.
Support the management in the acquisition of the right talent force within the department.
Provide input on the on appropriate logistical freight related decisions.
Approve the annual and monthly input from the Department for production - based on customer ordering and marketing intelligence.
Discuss and finalize all trade / promotional discounts.
As part of the Executive Committee support the management in timely closure of Performance
Appraisals and other employee developmental activities.
Assist the management in strategic decision making involving long term product and marketing strategy for local and international markets.
Be in close contact with Dealers and Fabricators so that their problems can be identified and resolved.
Develop and maintain relationship with Construction Companies, Architectures so that new projects can be obtained for our product.
Any other related job as may be assigned by the CEO, Executive Committee and BOD.
