Absolute Requirements:
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing production of 30 plus workers.
Experience of steel fabrication, cutting, bending, welding and finishing of sheet metal products.
Experience working in Western manufacturing facility or Western education.
Hands on manager who does what ever is necessary to achieve objectives.
Natural leader who can ensure workers deliver consistent performance.
Responsible manager who is fully accountable for factory output.
Must be Computer Literate.
Duties:
1. Staffing:
· Hire and train production staff, replace staff as necessary.
· Plan work schedule based on sales data and adhere to deadlines.
· Monitor workers performance and see that all employees achieve production objectives.
· Maintain a productive, disciplined team that has high job satisfaction.
· Monitor and maintain staff performance at highest level.
2. QA:
· Enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
· Analyze production and quality control issues to detect and correct problems.
· Determine and implement improvements to the production and QA process.
3. Administrative:
· Maintain records and provide clear, weekly reports on plant performance.
· Monitor, maintain and improve safety protocols and procedures.
4. Equipment:
· Ensure all tools, jigs, fixtures and equipment are properly maintained.
· Plan and implement improvements in plant layout, jigs, fixtures and equipment as needed to improve performance.
