People ™ is an international HR Service provider for HR Management, Outsourcing Solutions, and Executive Search with specialized experience of more than two decades.

We are looking for “Assistant Director Finance” based in Lahore

Review, redesign and implement accounting business processes.
Accounts Management (Monitoring & Review of Monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and annual accounts).
Maintain existing relationships with banks and onboarding new financial institutions to cater financial needs of the organization.
Responsible for portfolio/ Funds Management (Investments, Cashflows / running Finance, Loan restructuring) Accurate Business analysis from all applicable business processes.
Responsible for company-wide budgetary planning. Oversee, review and adhere to the budgets for each business department.
Prepare Financial Models for the business.
Budgeted vs actual Monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and annually analysis.
Comprehensive reporting on the company's financial performance to the management (Financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, etc.)
Seek out methods and practices to minimize financial risk.

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
CA or relevant degree
