People™ is hiring “CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER - CHRO” for one of Pakistan’s leading Financial Sector organization in Karachi, Pakistan.
Job Role and Duties:
- Developing and executing Human Resource strategy.
- Support of overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management organizational and performance management, training & development and compensation & benefits.
- Oversee digital transition of HR Operations.
- Reviewing policies and procedures and keep them up to date with advanced market trends and labor and corporate laws.
- Oversee admin department functions (logistic, security and office management etc).
Qualification & Skills:
- Preferably MBA (HR) or equivalent.
- Minimum 15+ years of HR experience.
- Preference will be given to candidate with a vast professional network.
