- Suites Cleaning & Public area as per hotel standards.
- Report maintenance & minibar consumption.
- Report lost & found and damaged items.
- Checks and secures the rooms.
- Replenish amenities according to operational standards.
- Ensure the security of guest rooms and the privacy of guests.
- Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and at whatever time of day.
- Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.

- Matric
