Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
Create a training calendar and execution for the hotel staff, track and create reports on outcomes of all training, and maintain training records for the hotel.
Train new hires on company policies and procedures and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience.
Recommend training materials and methods, maintain an in-house video training library, facilities, and manage the budget set for training.
Talent planning and acquisition of hotel staff.
Coordination with hotel staff /LM and corporate HR for smooth execution of HR Services & duty roster
