Job Description

We seek an experienced Order Booker to join our B2B raw material start-up.

As an Order Booker you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new buyers and managing orders,processing customer orders, and ensuring the timely delivery of products with the operations team. Additionally, you will be responsible for essential customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain our order book, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
Engage customers and encourage orders.
End-to-end ownership of customer orders to maintain topnotch customer experience
Process customer orders and manage communication with customers regarding orderstatus.
Collaborate with the supply team to ensure adequate stock levels to fulfill customer orders.
Identify new marketplaces for buyers and acquire them.
Analyze and report market trends and customer behavior to inform our product offerings and marketing strategy.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and potential buyers.
Gather market intelligence and transfer it to reporting line.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience.
Need a professional demeanor at working with buyers.
Excellent communication skills and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong execution skills with the ability to comprehend data
