Manage showroom/design studio expenses within assigned budget by Head BD & CS.

Present variance report on a monthly basis to Head BD & CS.
Ensure excellent customer service through the team and himself.
Make every customer interaction count for the company.
Generate retails sales through excellent selling techniques.
Accurately understand customer needs and want, accordingly suggest design and solution while closing sales.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Ensure thorough compliance to VM drawings and standards provided by Head BD & CS from time to time.
Ensure thorough compliance to the company’s established SOPs for showrooms / design studios at all times.
Prepare/review and forward periodically stock movement and status reports.
Prepare/review and forward daily sales report.
Prepare and present fortnightly reports of all expenses, revenues and stock movements to accounts department.
Assist in month-end closing as well as surprise financial and system audits and ensure zero observation.
Clarify audit observations (if any) raised by either account, audit or any other higher official with valid seasonings.
