Achieve full compliance of established Standard Operating Procedures in letter and spirit.
Facilitate audits by engaging with auditors while achieving zero nonconformities and observations.
Report nonconformities and observations (if any) to HRBP and follow instruction to settle them before compilation and submission of the audit report.
Ensure accuracy of employee attendance through biomatrix machines on daily basis.
Prepare daily attendance reports and forward to all concerned heads.
Post approved leave and other attendance-related forms on daily basis.
Arrange new workstations and other related tools, equipment and stationery for every new joiner as per the instructions of the Team Lead Admin & Security.
Compile monthly attendance at the end of the month.
Generate payroll and review it with attention to detail to assure accuracy and transparency.
Get payroll audited from internal audit department.
Forward audited approved payroll to accounts department and follow up for the timely transfer of payroll.
Timely get employees registered in relevant government employee benefit schemes as per company policies
Prepare EOBI and PESSI payments and seek all concerned approvals.
Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely submission of payments.
help employee complete their claim forms and follow up with local offices to ensure employees get their legally provided benefits.
Coordinate complete employee clearances procedure in case of employee separation/transfer.
Prepare and coordinate full & final settlements and its payments for all employee separations.
