Business Development / Sales Executive

About the company: Programmers Force is looking for enthusiastic, experienced and well-qualified sales & business development experts. Candidates must have stupendously high experience in international sales & support campaigns.

Qualification: Bachelor’s or equivalent (Minimum), Masters (Preferred)

Experience:

Min 1-2 years of experience in international sales & customer service campaigns or client-facing roles.

Skill set required:

Language English - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
American and British accents required
Candidate must be confident, self-motivated, and able to do multi-tasking with the ability to work well on different sales & business development projects
Extraordinary communication and negotiation skills required
The candidate needs to be resilient, reliable, mature, hard-working, and punctual with keen attention to detail and a willingness to roll his sleeves up
The candidate shall work with flexible shift timings
The candidate must be able to handle B2B client calls
Comfortable speaking to high-end decision-makers during the e-meetings
A good grasp of MS office – Word, Excel, etc
An ability to drive projects forward and be prepared to be flexible and dynamic to get jobs done
A desire to grow and develop with the company as we expand and get larger in the marketplace.

Duties and Responsibilities:

B2B client handling on calls, emails, and live chat support
Presentation to international clients on e-meeting to educate them on the product range and services.
Smartly convert inbound leads to sales to maximise business growth
Gather a good understanding of the products and services offered and the technical aspects of each so that accurate information can be relayed to the client base
Liaise with clients from concept to completion, maintaining positive relations along the way.
