Job Overview:

A law graduate who has a keen interest in local and International laws, and a sharp sense of English/legal drafting and writing, and an acumen for legal research, to join our growing legal team.

Job Description

Various corporate legal matters; (e.g. intellectual property, compliance issues, transactions, agreement drafting/vetting, lawsuits etc.
Developing company policy and position on legal issues. Researching, anticipating, and guarding company against legal risks.
Drafting and reviewing reports and other legal documents.
Represent the company in legal proceedings (trials etc.).

Skills/Aptitude required :

LLB or LLM graduate (external /foreign degree holder )
At lest 3 years experience in a company/cooperate law
Experience in IP Law
Sound analytical ability and strong attention to detail
Excellent written or communication skills
Must be License to practice
