As a Legal Associate, you will be responsible to:

Draft various contracts, including, but not limited to, reseller agreements, master seller agreements, licensing agreements, and NDA’s etc.
Conduct detailed patents prior art research along with drafting patent applications with the relevant authorities.
Assist the Legal Team in improving the internal policies of the company
