Our company is searching for a Fresh Graduate, reliable and task-oriented Personal Assistant. You will work directly with executive and will be responsible for performing a number of duties. The ideal candidate should be highly competent, self-directed, disciplined, professional and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Skills & Requirements:

Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
Conduct research on various projects.
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
Tact and Diplomatic
A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, friendly and professional demeanour.
