We are looking for Technical Support Representatives who can provide integration and technical support to our existing clients in order to Technical Support Representative

Duties and Responsibilities

Go through technical documentation and assist with customer queries
Foresee customisation requirements by the customers and deal accordingly
Liaison between Sales and Tech department to provide quick support
Review back-office to troubleshoot any customer queries
Provide customers with a walk-through to help understand their problems
Should be quick to deliver answers
Should be able to handle queries over Skype, Zoom, Gmail and other web tools

Requirements

Minimum Qualification: Bachelors
Background in computer sciences experienced in handling technical queries
Willing to work in social hours good writing and learning skills
No accent required but should be able to communicate in English if necessary
