Preparing sub project proposals for every individual CPI.
Guiding and training of communities in implementation of water and sanitation schemes.
Making case studies and reports of successful CPIs.
Monitoring of schemes.
Ensure quality of material
Financial management of schemes funds
Conducting training for Operation and maintenance schemes.
On job training of community during implementation of a CPI.
Coordinate with staff in other organs of the programme
Coordinate with visiting teams
Ensure that project is implemented according to the plan
Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly work plans
Reporting progress to Project Coordinator
Preparing presentation in case of official visitor’s arrival in the office.
Participation in the PPM and staff meetings.
