We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead SEO and web development projects within our growing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, SEO strategies, and web development processes. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The successful applicant will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external contractors to drive project success and support the agency’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple SEO and web development projects concurrently, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external contractors to align project goals and expectations.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and projects remain within scope and budget.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or issues.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to management and stakeholders to maintain transparency.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of project management experience specifically focused on SEO and web development projects.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and current industry best practices.
- Familiarity with web development technologies and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in using project management software tools to track and organize project activities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.
- Experience working with Agile project management methodologies.
- Skills in risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and make informed decisions under pressure.
- This is a full-time, in-person position offering a monthly salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs60,000.
