- Develop and implement project management plan, ensure project plan is developed and implemented at field level
- Ensure the target activities and results are achieved
- Ensure proper budget utilization and ensure cash flows
- Develop quality reports
- Represent Shifa Foundation project goal and objective to Govt line department, international donors and UN agencies
- Provide technical support to project team during implementation of the project
- Ensure social psycho support provided to community with strong compliance of COVID response
- Coordinate and develop strong linkages with stakeholders, discuss advocate and solve problems related to child protection
- Organize policy dialogues, advocacy and capacity building activities for project staff and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the preparation of learning documents for knowledge management and publications related to Child protection
- Ensure proper referral system for child protection and social psycho support is in placed
- Ensure timely reporting of activities to project focal person
- Build capacity of project staff as well as local level committee,
Monitoring:
- Ensure that all project activities are continually monitored with reference to the relevant action plans, with reviews of progress and budget on a weekly/monthly basis following the submission of weekly/monthly field reports.
- Monitor and evaluate program progress, impact and sustainability in collaboration with Technical coordinator, via periodic field visits.
- In particular, ensure that capacity building activities are adequate and effective.
