Purpose of the Job:

The purpose of this position is to provide overall support to Provincial Coordinator in designing, developing, implementation, reporting, coordination and monitoring of the humanitarian and development projects in the Province.

The incumbent is responsible for project implementation, reporting, coordination, monitoring, evaluation, Accountability, base line studies, assessments, data collection, spot checks, field visits, desk review etc

Main Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and store all the records in line with Organization  document management.
  2. Comply with all HR & Admin policies and procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.
  3. Demonstrate organization values in line with organization  vision and mission and accountability in every official action.
  4. Demonstrate duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.

Major Responsibilities:

5.     Responsible to implement the project activities in close coordination with project selected beneficiaries

  1. Prepare monthly and weekly work plan;
  2. Manage project budget and inform PC of any under or over spending of budget;
  3. Assist Provincial Coordinator in ensuring implementation of project activities as per the project plans.
  4. Participate in monthly progress review at field level
  5. To document and report activities, project findings and activities with project coordinator.
  6. To provide technical;
  7. Support/ assist PO and project team in finalization of internal and external (donor required) progress reports which includes but not limited to WPRs, MPRs, Quarterly Reports, and donor reports;
  8. Provide editorial support to project teams for review of reports and documents and ensure the quality and presentation of reports;
  9. Travel to the field sites as needed to support program reporting;
  10. Facilitate in regular update of reporting calendar and maintaining follow-up with team for timely finalization of reports;
  11. Support opening, review, and closing of meetings, including attendance at meetings; Arrange and minute regular internal coordination meetings;
  12. Comply with all internal policies processes and procedures including financial management systems;
  13. Maintain and regularly update the program data archive both in soft and hard form which includes proposals, contracts and reports;
  14. Any other task assigned by the supervisor;
