- Provide Operational support in the Promotional Products, Corporate Gifts & Apparel categories.
- Work with sales and merchandising teams to identify and source new and creative promotional products.
- Assist in both local and overseas sourcing on custom and ready made products.
- Create, update and manage product lists, cost sheets, catalogs and presentations using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Develop customized product offerings/ proposals for clients based over the specific client’s requirement.
- Develop sales pitches using email ads for specific products for regular marketing email shoots.
- Manage quotes, pricing, sampling, samples library, dispatches and good receiving, inventories, payables, sales and sales record, production planning and follow ups and technical support as and when needed with customers and as well as with vendors.
- Designate daily tasks to subordinate and follow up to ensure that all tasks are done on the right time while achieving the desired results.
- Study industry related information and trends to remain updated in the ad specialty marketplace.
- Identify, gather, post, and maintain current information and industry reference materials for use in development of sales pitches.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 14 years of Education- preferably with commerce / marketing / sales background.
- Minimum experience of 1 year in relevant industry, preferably in customer / sales support, however fresh graduates and under graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Must have command over MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. PowerPoint.
- Must have his own conveyance (bike).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 Years of Ad Specialty experience with promotional products, corporate apparel and/or advertising industry.
- Experience with branding, marketing, advertising, graphic arts.
- Knowledge of decoration methods such as pad printing, screen printing, embroidery, laser marking, digital printing, graphic designing etc.
- Experience in a customer service/ customer service backend support / corporate sales support environment.
