Main objective:

Maintains CRM by entering new and updated customer and account information.
Gathering customer base information & identifying key persons in the company.
Gathering information about sales & offers in the market.
Keep track of expected upcoming sales in the market & proactively update the app.
Research on new clients & accounts as per assigned targeted list.

Key Responsibilities:

Going to different customer bases & identifying the key accounts.
Keep track of the accounts & key person’s information which could help sales to save time.
Prepares source data for CRM entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
Secures information by completing database backups.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Experience:

1 Year in the relevant field.

Strong internet surfing & researching skills are required.

Must be excellent in using Microsoft office.

Education:

Must have completed at least 12 years of education.
