Operations & Support Department: The department operates with an entrepreneurial spirit, providing best in class IP-TDM Voice, Contact Center applications with other telephony solutions to their prestigious customers: allowing new ideas, strategies and execution plans to be heard amongst peers and put in practice.
Role Description:
As a Team Member, the Trainee Operations & Support will play be inducted as level 1 support for our customers. This includes providing initial analysis and ground issues to the Senior Engineer or Manager to implement the resolution against. The Trainee Operations & Support may train/develop him/her self on variety of telephony products and related technologies, typically with a focus on Avaya Aura components and Cisco Technologies.
Key Accountabilities:
As a Team Member, actively participate in the maintenance & support of telephony products.
Provide level 1 support for existing customers and related products.
Complete Avaya PABX complains in given time period
Call Center and PABX PM activities
Attend all issues and complains
Troubleshooting initial issues
Checking daily emails and responding to team lead accordingly
Keeping the team members updated regarding issues and plans

Troubleshoot issues raised by customers and give feedback to team leads
