Develop Basic drawings based on concept.
Coordinate with sales department for drawings approval.
Share approved product drawings with development for sampling.
Revise drawings based on customer feedback and manufacturing process limitation.
Develop bill of material from final drawings.
Develop cutting plans, production drawings (cutting dies for CNC/Laser)
Develop RTP files for digital printing and share with concerned section.
Explain production drawings and material cutting plan to concerned staff.
Explain Manufacturing process and critical processes concerned section head.
Coordinate with all production department and resolve issues related to product drawing.
Update day to day status of drawings and report any uncertainty.
Maintain tracking sheet of product drawing related activities and share with order management.
Share weekly activities status to assistant manager development.
