Draft organizational policies and procedures under PIMS structure.
Ensure effective communication and compliance of procedural and legislative requirements
Perform workplace inspections issues and non-conformities and communicate identified compliance issues to concerned section heads.
Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
Stays informed about environmental standards and makes sure a company operates within those standards
Coordinate with concerned department to ensure closure of raised non-compliances in internal/external audits.
Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives
Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and verify implementation of preventivemeasures defined in investigation reports.
Prepare HSE observation report on daily basis.
Maintain HSE statistical data and prepare monthly HSE statistics report.
Support compliance head for technical/HSE evaluation of subcontractors/suppliers as per companyprocedures.
