Property 365 established real estate lookibg for sales or leasing consultants/agents for Dubai real estate commission-only role. If you do not have a real estate background candidates with strong sales skills are welcome to apply. You will be self-motivated, passionate about your work and have a proven track record in real estate or sales but not necessary as full training will be provided. You will have high standards, be hard working and thrive on a new challenge. You will understand that commission-only brokers earn the most in the industry in Dubai and want to work without a salary.

• Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent will take place from dubai Team

• Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation.

• Qualifying potential buyers/tenants.

• setting appointments for Conducting viewings and follow up with dubau team

• Negotiating offers and contract negotiation.

• Maintain regular contact with all clients.

• Training and real estate licence will be facilitated after probabtion review 3 to 6 months depending on revenue generated

• Visa and medical insurance if applicant gets promoted and transfered to Dubai office

• On target commission-only earnings of AED 40,000 AED per month uncapped. The highest earners earning are in excess of AED 100,000 each month this will be split with Dubai sales Team until full transition is made to make the move to dubai and aquire full accreditation and broker license upon company visa being issued 12 to 18 months projected time scales

• Up to 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.
