Directly assist to manager:

Analyze the requirements of the clients.
Convert customer needs and requirements into Bill of Material with detail descriptions.
Provide and recommend solutions and related customizations.
Must be able to communicate proposed system functionalities to customers.
During pre-sale, assist with detailing project scopes, bills of material, and proposal documentation.
Responsible for all documentation related to pre and post-implementation.
Develop and maintain AV Drawings and technical documentation.
Build up a robust vendor base and procurement cycle.
Attain and maintain industry related certifications as required.
