Property Spot Real Estate & Builders has an immediate opening for an experienced "Site Engineer (Civil)" responsible for supervising and planning the construction sequences in a timely manner for multiple ongoing projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at multiple project sites.
Provide technical advice regarding design, construction and structure.
Inspect project sites daily to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications.
Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labour to ensure timely procurement.
Liaise with the Project Head to update on construction progress.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards.
Supports in cost control, document control and quality control activities.
Track project status regularly and ensure to execute projects within allotted budget and timelines.
Reviews design documents and give his input in construction planning.
Liaison with subcontractors particularly civil contractors, for timely completion of project in accordance with required specifications.
Actively communicates with all stakeholders including other project teams and responsible for resolution of project related issues.
Ensures compliance with Quality and standards for all projects.
Supports the project manager in identifying evaluating, assessing, and escalating risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities.
Proven working experience managing multiple construction sites.
Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit etc.
Experience of Structural, Concrete works, Correct interpretation the Drawings is a must.
Candidate must comfortable to work in Bahria Town Karachi.

Qualifications and Skills:

A (B.E.) degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university.
Minimum 2 Years’ Experience.
Must be PEC Member.
Good communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Proficiency in English (Verbal and Written)
Must have good grip on Project Management, Quantity Surveying and On-site quality control checking.
Assisting the Project Manager to maximize efficiency in Project Management implementation.
Managing the bills of subcontractors.
Quality check and control at site along with site inspections.
