Property Spot Real Estate & Builders is looking for a “Digital Marketing Executive / Social Media Expert” with hands-on experience in managing and administering Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and other social media accounts. The candidate will administer the company’s social media accounts and social media marketing and advertising. Main duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following;
• The candidate should be able to manage Facebook pages, Instagram Account, YouTube channels, Pinterest account,s and the company websites.
• Should know how to do marketing campaigns and make posters, not boosting only.
• Results should be visible,
• Will need to come to the office located at Bahria Town Karachi.
• The candidate should possess the skills of sales as well so he / she can get the clients (using office Phone) to avail the commission.
• Training will be given on how to seek clients and what information to give them on calls.
• Developing and implementing effective social media strategies.
• Create and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
• Design and create online creative artwork, Blogs, etc.
• Online and offline content creation and deployment.
• Social profiles conceptions and promotional campaign management.
• Designing and executing all social media activities and campaigns.
• Providing art directions to designers.
• Formulating strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
• Handling online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness and online sales.
• Improving the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website.
• Evaluating performance of social media pages.
• Assist and coordinate media and trade events.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Skills:
• Adequate SEO knowledge.
• Ability to perform research, analyze websites, document changes, and make decisions regarding the optimization approach.
• Strong Communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Impeccable English writing & editing skills at a professional level.
• Candidates having hands-on experience with Photoshop will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Social Media Tools.
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
