Operations Manager would be required to:

Ensure that all clients and customers are satisfied with provided Security Services in terms of manpower, electronic hardware and software
Co-ordinate with company management as well as technical and IT staff to ensure smooth operations
Arrange timely Sales Invoices for clients and customers
Co-ordinate with finance departments of the company and clients for prompt, periodical accounts reconciliation
Make new customers and build business
Discuss and finalize Customer / Client Agreements
Forecast customer needs and make arrangements of goods and services, within the company, well in time so that provided services are prompt and timely
Be creative in management and salesmanship
