Job Description

Protégé global is looking for a Recruitment Executive. The resource should be a Team player with excellent communication skills in English -Should have strong hands on experience in sourcing for multiple positions.

Should be strong in sourcing candidates from job boards, Linkedin, headhunting, via references campus etc. Good at social media recruiting; spend considerable time with the candidates to evaluate them based on their experience, achievements, behavior, cultural and motivational fitment.
Should be responsible to sourcing to Joining of the candidate.
Should have handled Mass Hiring (independently)
at least 1 year experience of working as a HR Recruiter with Bachelor Degree
Should have experience in preparing Job Descriptions, based on specific briefs given
Proficient in usage of MS Office tools
Publish recruitment reports, metrics and dashboards periodically

OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED

Excellent interpersonal, presentation and persuasive skills Ability to meet deadlines and is solution driven
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication with proficiency in English
Should be able to handle work pressure
