Responsible for administrative duties related to training and organizational development. Schedules training sessions, obtains instructional materials, and ensures employees are kept abreast of training requirements. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor.

An Ideal candidate should have Excellent Communication with listening, questioning, explaining and feedback skills . He should be Regular and punctual and able to follow the guidelines with a confident, challenging and supportive attitude.
