MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute Talent Management Initiatives
- Works on identifying talent management Initiative that caters to the current talent needs of the organization.
- Implementing the strategies related to development and deployment of motivated and talented workforce to fill critical positions within stipulated deadlines.
- Following effective practices to enhance the performance of training function
- Explores the option of outsourcing a TM initiative by floating an RFP of the TM initiative.
- Analyzes the proposals received from various consultants and prepares a summary with recommendations of which consultant to select.
- Finalizes contract as per the terms agreed between consultant and management
- Arranges & holds meetings between consultant and management to finalize TM initiative complete plan and details.
- Coordinates with consultant till the final deliverable is handed over.
- Ensures timely payment to consultant is done
- Works on the solution provided by consultant in order to execute it.
Liaison with Group HR
- Collects data from all sub function of HR for compiling a report on HR KPIs to be sent to Group HR on monthly basis.
- Analyzes quarterly consolidated HR KPIs report of all OpCos for presenting to management where our OpCo stands in comparison to others and in comparison to the international benchmarks.
- Responds to Group HR queries on as and when basis.
Reporting on HR achievements
- Compiles a quarterly report of HR achievements to be submitted to Group HR detailing all HR initiative within the quarter
- Compiles a bi-annual HR achievements report for publishing in the Company Annual Report.
