MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of BOQs & Estimates of Projected as well as R&M works as per SOP.
- Preparation of Layouts in AUTOCAD.
- Supervision /execution of civil works
- Preparation/Maintaining Measurement Books (MB) of civil work
- Verification /scrutiny of Bills of civil work
- Rectification of day to day complaints relating to civil, plumbing and joinery works
- Assisting Manager Admin
- Maintaining record of executed/ongoing woks
- Preparation of Reports
- Preparation & Submission of Weekly progress Repots
- Any other duty assigned by the seniors from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES
- BSc in Civil engineering from a recognized university from recognized University or BS Tech in Civil Technology from recognized University
- Diploma of Associate Engineer (Civil/Architecture) from recolonized Institution
EXPERTISE:
- Expert in Auto CAD and having basic knowledge of architectural Planning
- Must have knowledge in MS Office
- Competent in preparation of BOQ’s
- Competent in maintaining Measurement Book (MB)
- Must have knowledge of MES and MRS.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1 years work experience in relevant field
- Experienced in office correspondence.
- Experienced in preparation of Tender documents & correspondence with Vendors.
