MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

· Routing/ charging Configuration at C-5 Huawei Soft switch/ ATCA national soft switch STP/ SSP / Huawei HCTE exchange/ C 4 ZTE SS

· Configuration of corporate PRIs / SIP TG after issuance of advice note by corporate team Please recommend the case for hiring of Manager OFAn

· Configuration of SBC.

· Trunk group creation with CMOs / LDIs / LLOs after issuance of advice note by I&I team

· CDR reconciliation of CMO/LDI/LLOs TG before commercial activation.

· CDR reconciliation of PRI/ SIP TG before commercial activation.

· Coordination with billing team.

· Fault analysis / rectification of fault in coordination with corporate customer / CMO/LDI/LLO team C 4 international team/ PIE/ transmission team.

· Coordination with IPCC / contact center team.

· Taking of routine system/billing dump as per SOP.

· Commissioning of new NE in coordination with vendor.

· Opening of ticket with vendor.

· Closing of ticket at service manager.
