Assistant Manager (HR Business Partner)

To collaborate with HR CoE, Manager Employee Engagement and Regional HRBPs to take a strategic approach to employee engagement and internal communications, helping the organization to share and develop it's objectives with the workforce using a range of innovative tools and techniques. To play a vital role in engaging the Zonal employees as we explore how we work together in new ways by designing and implementing dynamic internal campaigns that embed and develop our culture.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Support manager employee engagement in the following activities:
- Delivering a consistent approach to all internal communications
- Improving the way we listen to, communicate, engage and motivate staff
- Improving the involvement of staff in shaping and influencing the direction of the Company
- Develop channels of communication relevant to the needs of the workforce
- Making sure employees have a voice that is visibly listened to
Participate in design and deliver the workforce engagement strategy, monitoring and evaluating as appropriate.
Ensure development and delivery of the effective engagement tools, their maintainance, and evaluation to ensure effectiveness.
Support organizational change by creating effective internal employee communications strategies and ensuring best practice across the Zone as change is managed.
Closely work with HR CoE (Internal Communications, & Employee Engagement) to ensure organization wide internal communication and engagment interventions are effectively coordinated.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
