Assistant Manager (Project Management Officer)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provision of project management support functions to field units and project stakeholders.
Identification and development of project management methodologies, best practices and standards.
Tracking & Monitoring of IT and Technical related ongoing project activities against project management plan and project performance baseline.
Scope control of the projects.
Project Schedule control based on schedule baseline (PIP) with help of periodic progress reports. Preparation progress templates to have activity level control for each project.
Executive level performance reporting of all related projects to the management.
Prepare and issue the guidelines to field units to ensure engineering quality of the project execution.
Processing of Administrative Approvals/Expenditure Sanctions of the approved schemes.
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Qualification:

Professional degree in Telecommunication Engineering/Project Management
PMP Certification

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in relevant field
