Manager HR Strategy

Manager HR strategy is required to help in the development of Company-wide HR Roadmap aligned with business; Highlight the leadership and organization development areas and propose best-practice models identified though external benchmarking; Suggest improvements in the quality of HR processes, policies and systems; provide support for implementation of strategic initiatives and monitor project execution as per the HR Roadmap.

Responsibilities:

Undertake HR Market Intelligence & benchmarking
Contribute in HR Strategic Planning Process, Strategy formulation & communication
Monitor and assess the implementation of HR strategic initiatives through Balanced Scorecard
Identify and recommend improvements in the quality of HR processes, policies, systems and structures
Establish an internal communication strategy and ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees
Design and implement strategic interventions to boost organizational effectiveness
Actively participate in enhancing employee engagement and cultural transformation

Requirements

Qualification:BBA/ MBA(Hons.) in HRM/ any equivalent degree in HRM from a reputed Institute

Experience: At least 4-6 years of experience in the relevant field

Reports to: GM HR Strategy & Special Projects

Location: PTCL HQ, Islamabad
