Major Responsibilities

Training Design & Development

Manage activities of Training & Development of PTC Karachi staff to meet internal customer needs and expectations.
Facilitate actions due towards implementation of Training Calendar for all Cadres as per ATC (Focus on urgent training needs for business growth)
Designing training modules to cater Training & Development needs for the target participants
Develop training material so that they comply with participant’s training needs
Conducting ToT Sessions as and when required

Training Execution

Deliver trainings up to the customer’s satisfaction level.
Execute all trainings of Staff to improve service quality with emphasis ensuring activities are well-reported at all communication channels.
Continual improvement in training delivery process

T&D Projects

Coordinate with Senior Manager, T & D, to prepare Training proposals if any
Facilitate Employee Engagement Events
Designing and delivering customized training programs

Training Assignment

Any Training Assignment/Project assigned by the GM T&D, as and when required

Establishing Competency Framework

Identification, and elaboration of the relevant competencies of the function, if required.

Qualifications

MBA HR T&D

3-5 years of relavent Experience
