Manager (Product Support)

Responsibilities:

Implement strategy to increase revenues from corporate clients.
Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines
Understanding, customizing and developing customer requirements
Inventory forecasting and allocations
Product pricing
Agreements vetting
Designing and integration of billing solutions
Prepare budget plan on CAPEX and OPEX
Provide input for business plans related to new ideas and solutions.
Responsible for generating/documenting Contracts, Service Level Agreements, Standard Operating Procedures, Business Request Documents
Monitoring of competitive offerings
Suggesting price revisions as required
Self-improvement trainings
Participate in Product trainings arranged for the sales & support teams in region.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Qualification:

Degree in Engineering (Computers, IT, Telecom)
MBA will be a plus

Experience:

3 – 5 Years of relevant experience in Telecom Sector with an operator or a vendor
