Senior Manager (Corporate Sales)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Achievement of assigned revenue target of Digital/Corporate services
Improve receivables by 20% (applicable on 70% of services)
Provide best in class customer experience by tailoring products as per customer needs and providing timely resolution
Ensure retention of existing customers (2-5% improvement over baseline)
Conversion of fresh business leads (new customer adding on)(Projected v/s Actual= 200%)
Timely Revision of Existing Contracts / Agreements
Manages corporate clients through service need analysis and after sales support
Upskill training of subordinate staff (management & non-management staff)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Professional Degree in Business Administration/BS/MS

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 8-10 years’ of relevant Experience.
