We are a multivitamin brand looking for candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative / Telesales Representative to work in our eCommerce store.

Terms of Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer queries in a professional manner
  • Guide products' details to customer 
  • Customer service on phone and chat
  • Negotiation with customers
  • Take online orders from customers and forward to dispatch department
  • Mark customer complaints and update them

To be a part of our company, you should:

  • Be professional in communication
  • Have impeccable experience
  • Must not be enrolled in any educational curriculum or involved at any full/part time job.
  • Willing to work for minimum 12 months

The role offered by the company entails

  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Should be target-oriented, hard-working and punctual.
  • Applicant should preferably have previous Telesales experience.
  • Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Shift Timings: 09:00 AM TO 06:00 PM (Sunday  Off)
