- Responsible to Cover All Potential Retail Shops of All Assigned Towns / Distributors thru Distributor’s Order Bookers.
- Responsible to Increase The Productivity for all Covered Shops (LMTs + Institutions + School Canteens + Retail Shops) Day by Day.
- Responsible to ensure the PFC Brands Availability on all Covered Shops (LMTs + Institutions + School Canteens + Retail Shops) by himself, Or by Distributor OBs Or by Distributors.
- Responsible to ensure the PFC Brands Visibility on all Covered Shops (LMTs + Institutions + School Canteens + Retail Shops) by himself, by Distributor OBs Or by Distributors.
- Responsible to Achieve PFC Brands Monthly Primary Sales Target as per Monthly Given Target by Company for All Assigned Towns / Distributors..
- Responsible for Daily Sales Meeting with Order Bookers + Suppliers + Distributor of Visiting Town for Daily Coaching, Sales Objectives + New Ideas + New Initiatives & to Solve the Issues related to Daily Booking and Daily Supplies if any
- Responsible to ensure and enhance the team performance of all Assigned Towns / Distributors through Training, Coaching, Motivating, Field Work with OBs / Distributors, Performance Monitoring and market visits on Daily Basis.
- Responsible for On Spot Filling (During Physically & Practical Market Working with OBs / Distributors) & to Courier BDO Daily Performance Report of Visited Town / Distributor to HO on Daily Basis.
