Responsible for Revenue Generation in the Region through Sales Fundamentals & Skills.
Responsible for Appointment of Distributors in All Potential Towns in the designated Region as per company given timelines.
Responsible for fulfillment of Monthly Regional Objectives of Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Coverage Objectives, Productivity Objectives, Visibility Objectives, etc, etc as per company Expectations.

To understand the regional markets to unleash the sales & market building potential.
To maintain the sale team expense costs by enhancing the performance and timely replacing unproductive personals.
To ensure and enhance the shelf availability of the products on each and every potential outlet in his region.
To ensure the ROI of regional business partners (distributors) through justified and enhanced sales volume.
