PHP Team Lead

We are looking for PHP Team Lead who have strong leadership, programming and technical skills in PHP. Candidate will be responsible for managing projects and providing technical guidance. As a member of the PureLogics’ development team, the candidate will be responsible for the assigned deliverables. He/she should be capable of working both as an individual contributor, as well as a team member /leader.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Excellent command of PHP5, MySQL5,

Minimum 5 +Years of relevant experience in Core PHP/PHP based CMS & Ecommerce Websites Programming
Should have Experience in using CMS frameworks - WordPress, Joomla, Magento, Drupal - one or more preferred.
In-depth knowledge and experience in following technologies: HTML5, CSS3. Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, jQuery.
Provide technical guidance to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
Collaborate with other software developers & business team to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web applications built at our development center.
Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of estimates and work plans.
Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
Database Architecture Expert, Software Debugging, Software Testing, Analyzing Information, Software Documentation, Software Algorithm Design, Software Performance Tuning

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in I.T, Computers Sciences or related field
A record of successful delivery of software applications as an individual or team leader
Strong leadership, time management, and problem solving skills
High command of verbal and written English.
Experience with managing the development of SaaS and cloud-based applications

Personal Attributes:

Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented
Well organized, good communication and reporting skills
Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines
