Employer Branding / Communication Specialist (HR Domain)

We are looking for a talented Employer Branding / Communication Specialist to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company.If you are a tech-savvy professional with an interest in communicating with candidates through online channels, we would like to meet you

Responsibilities:

Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, LinkedIn and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
Create engaging text, image and video content
Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success.
Facilitate online conversations with candidates and respond to queries

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social media coordinator
Expertise in multiple social media platforms
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
Excellent communication skills
Multitasking and analytical skills
BS degree in Marketing, or relevant field
